Things in my life are
moving pretty fast now. Have completed 6 months in the new job and 3 months in the new project with IBM. I’m looking
for that elusive onsite opening, that’s been slipping me a couple of times now. Working on it. Also have joined a course,
Post Graduate Diploma in Planning & Project Management (Off-campus), from the University of Hyderabad. Now just hoping
that this is not another of those well started, half done kinda study that I’ve been into off late. Also my M Sc. IT
certificates are still to come. Got to plan a trip to Allahabad and get this straight.
My GMAT preparations are
still to take off. One of the things I cherish is to go back at least for some time to a campus and study a management course.
A pretty decent one. I have my eyes on the ISB, in spite of it being unrealistically priced for an average guy to afford.
Well lets see, I’m not sure, when I will find that some time to give it a serious shot. Then the words of former CEO
keeps echoing. MBA is like a pen, it will only facilitate a smooth and good writing. However what you write is still something
that will come out from within.
Rashmi
my sister, is in a career planning phase. Swinging in between a career in Medicine or Bio Technology. My personal preference
is she, going for a Bio Technology, as it’s an upcoming field and easy to make it big. The down side of it, nobody in
the family has done it to guide her in that. Hey, that was the same with me in Computers. Now I’m happy with the distance
I have covered.
